• Once your order has been checked and processed you will receive a confirmation email with receipt of your purchase.
• This confirmation e-mail does not constitute a contract between you and us.
  
• Timescale of delivery will then be issued.
• A tracking number will also be issued to track the progress of your purchase.
• Your order will not be released for delivery until payment has been processed and accepted.
• All prices exclude UK VAT and delivery.
• No company records will be passed on under any circumstances.
• Please check all goods on arrival and sign for them accordingly.
• Contact us immediately in the event of any damaged goods.

Shipping and handling:

• All products will be packaged to a high standard to ensure no damage.
• Delivery will either be recorded first class, courier, or recorded international post.
• We do not guarantee next day delivery unless arranged prior to dispatch.
• We will not dispatch any order until you have agreed the delivery charge.
• We will issue a quote for all orders outside of the UK and Ireland.

Returns:

• All items ordered must be returnable within 7 days of receipt for a full refund as long as they're unused.
• We will not issue refunds on any goods outside 7 days of receipt date unless arranged.
